So here is some tips.
Lets say you like this HOT blonde...... and every time he wants to ask your friends to stop teasing him you think he is going to ask you out right...?
So you should send him a Email asking him if he likes you. Normally in person he would say something to you like hell no!!!  ( Sorry for my language ) But if you send him a Email he might express his true feelings
to you.
Like my friend the same thing happened to her. ( Sorry I had to say that ) But the other way a boy likes her. ( And I wont say who )
